Hypnosis has been defined a state of focused attention and receptiveness. It is a naturally occurring state which we enter many times throughout the day. The conscious mind containing all of our busy thoughts enters a relaxed, neutral state. The subconscious mind containing all of our emotions and beliefs becomes very receptive to suggestion. Take a moment and write down the affirmation you wish to focus on. Then, think of it often, when at work and when at home. Trust the power of your mind.
